Our Team
Brent Irish
Brent Irish is the Founding Partner of Stewards Gate, providing the capital, strategic oversight, and long-term vision behind the firm. A former U.S. Air Force Captain and AWACS pilot, he was selected for the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program and served for six years before transitioning into business. He launched and scaled multiple Anytime Fitness locations across the Oklahoma City area and now leads a family office and property management company focused on long-term commercial real estate. Brent mentors veterans, people in recovery, and returning citizens toward financial independence through discipline and ownership. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.

Managing Partner – Growth & Investor Relations at Stewards Gate, leading brand strategy, capital raising, and investor communications. A U.S. Navy veteran and former Oklahoma Army National Guard Combat Engineer, he has been an entrepreneur throughout his career. He founded a used car business and an oil drilling rig manufacturing company, built a residential rental portfolio, and entered commercial real estate in 2012. Since partnering with Brent Irish in 2022, Jason has expanded his knowledge of industrial real estate under Brent's mentorship. At Stewards Gate, he makes sure every offering is clear, reflects the firm's values, and builds lasting trust with investors.
